RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made on the website within five (5) business days from the delivery of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The request must be made in writing to departamentodespachos@mariaelenavillamil.com.co or verbally by calling +57 314 274 0621 from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and indicating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal along with the order number or purchase invoice number.

The product must be new, unused, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, and tags attached.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within thirty (30) days from the date the product was received in the aforementioned conditions, without applying discounts or retentions.

The customer must bear the cost of transportation and other expenses incurred in the return.

WARRANTY

Our garments have a 90-day warranty for quality or manufacturing defects.

PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

Contact our customer service department at departamentodespachos@mariaelenavillamil.com.co, attaching the purchase invoice, order number, or the buyer’s identification number. You can also contact us nationwide at +57 314 274 0621 from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

You must print the guide and deliver it along with the properly packed product to the transport company on the scheduled date and time previously informed.

Once the product is received, we will proceed with its review, and within three (3) business days, we will inform you via email whether the exchange is approved or not.

If the exchange is not approved because the received product does not meet the previously indicated conditions, it will be returned to the same address registered in the purchase process.

If the exchange is approved and the reason is size, color, or reference, we will proceed with sending the new product to the address registered in the purchase process. The customer assumes the costs of return and re-shipping of the order.

If the exchange is not possible due to inventory issues, a voucher for the purchase amount will be generated, which will be sent via email and can be redeemed in our online store.

The exchange or return process will be carried out within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days.

MODIFICATIONS

MARIA ELENA VILLAMIL may autonomously and at any time modify formal, procedural, or substantial aspects of these Terms and Conditions of use of the website mariaelenavillamil.com.co, which will be updated and made available to Users/Consumers.
